Llanberis Touring Park

Please Note:

• • At least one of your party members must be aged 18 or over.

  • Commercial vehicles and sign-written vehicles may be asked to park in the car park.

  • No hen/stag parties permitted

  • Group bookings of 4 or more units travelling together are not permitted.

  • Maximum 6 persons per pitch

  • 25 m electric cables, water hoses and tv coax cables required. These can be purchased at our on-site shop.

  • To avoid the spread of fire, there must be at least 6 metres between facing walls of adjacent outfits and 3 metres of space in any direction. To help us keep you safe, we kindly ask that you following the pitching instructions on arrival.

  • We would recommend using a torch whilst moving around the park after dark.

  • Any gas bottles should be stored in a gas locker, in an upright position, and not outside on the pitch

On Arrival

• Our parks welcome arrivals between 1pm and 8pm. Please speak to our park managers if you are unable to arrive within these times.

• If you are delayed for any reason and may be arriving after 8pm, please call the site to inform them, otherwise, your booking may be cancelled. If you intend to use a late-night arrival area, should one be available, please let the park know in advance. These can only be used if you have a booking for the same day.

• We have the right to refuse entry to the park if the Park Managers are of the opinion that a breach of our site rules or health and safety may occur.

• Please ensure on arrival that you have:

  • Any membership cards, including Caravan & Motorhome Club and Camping & Caravanning Club, to qualify for a membership discount.

  • Any full loyalty cards if you wish to redeem a free night.

  • Any Morris Leisure Complimentary Gift Vouchers to confirm your discount where applicable.
    Failure to provide any of these on arrival may alter your remaining balance.

Assistance

• If you need help, advice or have any difficulties, please ask our Park Managers. They are responsible for the smooth running and safety of the site and for making your stay as enjoyable as possible.

• Our friendly Park Managers are on duty 8:30am – 5:00pm. Out of these hours, they can be contacted in the event of emergency only.

• Our reception and shop is open between 8:30am and 5:00pm.

Facilities

• Entry to the facilities block is by security key.

• Toilet cleaning will take place between 11am and 12:30pm daily (only limited facilities will be available during these times).

• All water points have chemical disposal and dustbins. Super pitches have a waste water drain and a fresh water supply.

Awnings, Tents and Gazebos

Awnings are welcome and must be securely attached to your unit. If your awning is larger than 2.5 metres, our pitch may be unable to accommodate the awning, and you will be unable to erect it. You may also put up a pup tent (maximum 1m x 1m) for additional storage (excludes Llanberis Touring Park), but these cannot be used to sleep in. Please keep these within your pitch area. Gazebos and event shelters are not permitted for safety reasons.

Dogs

We welcome a maximum of 3 dogs per pitch.

Check-Out

• Standard check-out is between 8:30am and 12:00pm.
• Need more time to relax? Late check-out (12:00pm – 5:00pm) is available upon request at reception before 11:00am on your departure day, subject to availability and a £10 charge.
• Early check out may be available before 8:30am, but this is subject to barrier access so we would recommend contacting the park in advance if you wish to check out early.

Barrier Access

For a peaceful night’s sleep and added security, the park entrance barrier is locked between 11:00pm and 7:00am. In case of emergencies during this time, our team is always on duty to assist you.

Payment

• To confirm your stay, we require a £10 per night deposit at the time of booking.

• Before your arrival, you’ll receive a friendly email reminder with details on settling your remaining balance. We kindly request payment at least 48 hours before your arrival date. This ensures a smooth check-in process and lets you focus on getting pitched up!
