With our caravan park gift vouchers you can decide the amount you want to give, and receive an instant e-voucher either to your email or sent direct to your loved one. The perfect gift for a caravan owner, our vouchers are valid for eighteen months and allow the recipient to discover peaceful getaways in North Wales, Shropshire or Herefordshire.

Terms and Conditions:
- Each gift voucher is issued with a unique voucher code. The voucher code must be provided at the time of booking for the voucher to be redeemed.
- Gift vouchers are valid for 18 months from the date of purchase. Any unused balance remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, redeemed for cash, or extended.
- Gift vouchers can be purchased in values between £10 and £500.
- Gift vouchers may be used towards touring or holiday caravan stays, including applicable extras such as additional guests, dogs and other booking supplements, subject to the maximum occupancy limits of the accommodation or pitch booked.
- Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed against holiday home purchases, holiday home ownership fees, annual pitch fees, utility charges, retail shop purchases, or any other products or services not directly related to a holiday stay.
- Gift vouchers may be redeemed online or directly with the park when making a booking. All bookings remain subject to availability and Morris Leisure’s standard booking terms and conditions.
- If you wish to use a gift voucher in conjunction with a promotional offer, discount code or other special offer, please contact the relevant park before booking. Acceptance of combined offers is at Morris Leisure’s discretion.
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other monetary equivalent.
- Any unused voucher balance will remain available for future eligible bookings until the voucher expires.
- If the value of a booking is less than the available voucher balance, the remaining credit may be used towards future eligible bookings within the voucher validity period.
- If the value of a booking exceeds the available voucher balance, the remaining amount must be paid using an accepted payment method.
- Voucher codes are unique and intended solely for use by the purchaser or recipient. Morris Leisure reserves the right to refuse redemption where a voucher is suspected to have been altered, duplicated, misused or obtained fraudulently.
- Gift vouchers are delivered electronically by email and may be sent either to the purchaser or directly to the recipient. If you have not received your voucher within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us at info@morris-leisure.co.uk.
- Morris Leisure cannot accept responsibility for vouchers that are lost, deleted, delayed, blocked by spam filters or not received due to an incorrect email address being supplied at the time of purchase.
- Morris Leisure reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time where reasonably necessary, provided such changes do not adversely affect vouchers already purchased.
