Social Distancing Measures Across Our Parks
In light of the current COVID-19, we wanted to take the opportunity to reach out to our future guests to let you know about our plans and preparations:
Obviously, things are going to be a little different for a while but we are grateful for your understanding and cooperation in these tricky times. This guidance is a temporary addition to our park rules.
We suggest that you pack essential shopping items such as soap, hand gel, gloves, toilet roll, disinfectant, hand sanitiser from your home supplies.
48 hours before your arrival date, you will receive an email requesting payment of the balance of your stay and instructions on how to pay this online/over the phone.
To ensure social distancing rules can be observed, we will be limiting the number of guests allowed in the reception area at any one time and have installed distance markers/ Perspex screens.
Please ensure on arrival that you have:
- Any membership cards including Caravan & Motorhome Club, Camping & Caravanning Club or Best of British Card (Oxon Hall only).
- Any full loyalty cards if you wish to redeem a free night.
- Any Caravan & Motorhome Club Vouchers (Riverside, Ludlow and Stanmore Hall only) / Morris Leisure Gift Vouchers.
Failure to provide any of these on arrival may alter your remaining balance.
All of our central facilities including toilet/wash facilities and veg prep/laundry rooms will be open and accessible to customers. Please wear face coverings (unless exempt) when entering and using the facilities.
Although the facility blocks are open, we would kindly ask that if you are able to use your own facilities in your unit and that you do so as much as possible – this will help us manage demand and queuing.
We are increasing the frequency of the cleaning and sanitising of these areas. We ask that you be considerate of others and maintain a safe, social distance in line with current guidelines. If any of these facilities are busy, please wait outside until someone leaves. Hand sanitiser will be provided at key locations.
The facilities block will be closed daily from 11-12:30 pm for deep cleaning and disinfection to take place, they will be checked and cleaned regularly throughout the day.
Service points are also open and accessible to all customers, these will be regularly cleaned and disinfected.
We will be displaying signage around the parks to remind our guests about social distancing and hygiene practices.
If at any point you or any members of your party begin to feel unwell or display symptoms of COVID-19 during your stay, please do not visit any of our public access spaces and self-isolate in your unit. You should then contact the Park Managers by telephone for further instructions.
All day visitors must report to reception before entering the park to complete a Test & Trace form.

All our pitches across our parks are large and spacious, enabling ample social distancing. However, we do ask that all guests follow our pitching instructions to make sure this is achieved between touring units.
Indoor mixing and overnight stays are permitted in groups of up to 6 people or as 2 households/bubbles.
The guidance notes that you should stay 2 metres apart from anyone who is not in your household or support bubble where possible, or 1 metre with extra precautions in place (such as wearing face coverings) if you cannot stay 2 metres apart.
Talk to any of our Park Team at any time but please always observe social distance.
We kindly ask that you respect social distance in all contacts outside the park. Local relationships are important to us all and some are understandably apprehensive about the potential impacts of visitors; they will need reassurance demonstrated by your thoughtfulness.
