Ever dreamt of owning your own holiday escape? With our Try Before You Buy offer you can experience life as an owner at our Poston Mill park and see if a holiday home is right for you.
Stay in our self-catering, static caravan accommodation in Herefordshire, with access to all the park facilities including on-site pub and pitch and putt, and test out a holiday in one of our holiday homes.
If you love the lifestyle and decide to purchase a holiday home at any of our five parks within six months of your stay, we’ll deduct the cost of your accommodation from the purchase price of your holiday home, up to £1,000.
The journey to your perfect getaway could be easier than you think.
- The Try Before You Buy offer is available to guests who book and complete a stay in a self-catering holiday home at Poston Mill Holiday Home Park.
- If a guest purchases a holiday home at any of our participating holiday home parks within six (6) months of the date of their completed stay, the cost of their accommodation booking will be deducted from the purchase price of their holiday home.
- The maximum deduction available under this offer is £1,000 (including VAT), regardless of the length or cost of the stay.
- The offer applies only to the accommodation cost of the stay and excludes any additional charges, extras, fees or incidental purchases.
- Proof of the completed stay must be provided at the time of purchase.
- The offer is available to new holiday home purchasers only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount, incentive or purchase agreement unless agreed in writing by management.
- The deduction may only be applied towards the purchase of a new or pre-owned holiday home sold directly by us and cannot be applied to holiday homes sold privately.
- The deduction will be applied upon completion of the holiday home purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, transferred or used against any other product or service.
- The holiday home purchase must be completed by the same individual(s) who made the accommodation booking.
- The offer may only be redeemed once per customer and is limited to one accommodation booking and one holiday home purchase.
- We reserve the right to amend, withdraw or refuse this offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any booking already made under the offer will not be affected.
