Loyalty Card

Enjoy a free night on us with our loyalty card scheme!

 

On your visit to a Morris Leisure park, you will receive a loyalty card. Spend 12 fully paid nights at any of our touring parks (whether continuous or not) and enjoy a free night on us! Simply present your card on check-in for each visit to collect stamps.

 

 

How to redeem your free night:

  1. Collect stamps from 12 fully paid nights at our touring parks.
  2. Make your next booking (of at least two or more nights) either online or direct with the park.
  3. Before your total balance is paid, give the park a call so that they can apply your discount.
  4. Make sure to bring your completed loyalty card with you on arrival at the park.
  5. Enjoy your free night on us!
Terms & Conditions

 

  • Collect one loyalty stamp for each fully paid night stayed at any of our touring parks. Nights do not need to be consecutive to receive stamps.

  • Once you have collected 12 loyalty stamps, you will qualify for one free night on a future booking.

  • The free night can only be redeemed on bookings of two nights or more.

  • To redeem your free night, you must contact the park before the balance of your booking has been paid in full, so the discount can be applied to your reservation.

  • Your completed loyalty card must be presented on arrival. Free nights cannot be redeemed without a completed card.

  • The free night will be applied to the lowest-value night within the qualifying stay. Any additional charges or extras associated with that night, including dogs, pup tents, extra vehicles, trailers, visitors, and additional adults or children not staying for the full duration of the booking, are excluded and remain chargeable.

  • Loyalty stamps cannot be added retrospectively for previous stays, and Morris Leisure cannot replace, transfer, or reissue stamps from lost, damaged, or forgotten loyalty cards.

  • Loyalty stamps are awarded for fully paid nights only. If a booking includes promotional offers, stamps will only be issued for the nights paid for in full.

  • The loyalty card scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion, or free-night incentive, including the 3 for 2 offer.

  • Free nights can only be redeemed against future bookings once all 12 qualifying stamps have been collected.

  • Loyalty stamps and rewards are non-transferable and can only be earned or redeemed by the lead booking name on the loyalty card. They cannot be combined between different customer records, bookings, or loyalty cards.

  • Free nights cannot be used on back-to-back bookings or combined with another loyalty reward, voucher, discount, or promotional offer. Where multiple bookings are made to create a continuous stay, Morris Leisure reserves the right to treat these as a single booking and limit redemption to one free night.

  • Morris Leisure reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or refuse the loyalty card scheme where it reasonably believes the scheme is being misused.
