Please Remember

Our holiday homes are offered for sale for holiday and recreational use only and are not permitted to be used as a permanent home. Caravan holiday homes are for the use of residents and their family. Residents are not permitted to sublet their tenancy on a commercial basis or to receive payment from any other person for the use of the caravan.

Terms and Conditions

Each pitch is connected to water, foul drainage and terrestrial television. Main gas and electricity is/will be connected to each unit and is charged separately (billed twice yearly).

There is a provision for a telephone/ internet connection if required. (This will be by separate agreement with BT directly).

Steps, decking and storage boxes are allowed with the approval of the site. (Further details of suppliers and costs can be made available upon request).

Insurance and finance can be arranged and is available at very advantageous prices to suit individual needs.
