We allow tents at 4 of our parks, bookings are weather dependant.

Oxon, Stanmore & Ludlow offer grass pitches (max. 6 man tents - please provide dimensions on booking)

We accept Trailer Tents at all of our parks.

Riverside offers pitches for 12 x backpacker tents (max. 2m x 1.2m)

We offer seasonal pitches at two of our parks – Stanmore Hall (Bridgnorth) and Oxon Hall (Shrewsbury). We offer summer and winter seasonal touring on specific pitches. For prices, please contact the park direct.

We often have a waiting list for our summer touring pitches so we advise you to check as early in the year as you can.

We will try our best to accommodate everyone’s needs however; it is very difficult for us to please everyone especially during busy periods.

If the dates appear fully booked on our online booking system, please call our park as they may still be able to book you in. If we are full, you can be added on to a cancellation list, however we advise not to fully depend on a cancellation being made.

We will always do our best to book adjacent pitches if informed in advance but it can’t be guaranteed.

We do ask for a deposit of £10 per night or advance payment when booking. 

When booking in advance, there is a minimum night stay of 2 nights; this sometimes differs during bank holiday weekends and big local events.

At our Riverside and Llanberis parks, there may be a minimum of 7 night bookings in high season. Please call the park if you would like to arrange a shorter booking.

Grass Pitches

All with 240v 16 amp, electric hook-up.

Grass pitches tend to be pulled out of service from October until April each year based on weather conditions.

Some of our grass pitches can be used for tents. You can either book online or call the site direct if you have a large tent or any other special requirements.

Supersize 30’ x 40’ pitches suitable for RV’s

All with 240v 16 amp, electric hook-up + water and grey waste disposal.

Basically larger Super Pitches. Concrete hard-standing base with 25% more space than a basic pitch for larger RV’s

Please provide your Caravan Club membership card at reception when checking-in.

We do offer a loyalty card scheme. On your visit to a Morris Leisure Park, you will receive a loyalty card, for every 12 nights you spend across all our parks, you will be rewarded with one free night.

Please present this card at reception on each visit for updating or when you wish to claim your free night. Unfortunately, we cannot provide stamps for nights acquired from previous bookings.

To obtain a free night, a completed card must be present and nights cannot be redeemed during Bank Holidays.

Loyalty cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion including our 3 FOR 2 OFFER. 

We do run offers throughout the year. These will be posted on the homepage of our website ( The voucher/discount codes must be presented at the time of checking-in to qualify and are only valid before the offer ends. Please note, promotion codes can only be used once per transaction/ stay and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer including our loyalty scheme.

Yes, just note the discount code and provide this on check-in.

No, the pitch fee covers use of all pitch services.

Yes. This is a fantastic place for dogs and some guests bring other small pets too. Only two dogs per pitch are allowed.

Over 48 Hours

We really hope you don’t end up cancelling your pitch. But if you do, we will require a notice in writing (including email) of cancellation of reservation to the management no less than 48 hours prior to the commencement of the reservations period; Cancellations and amendments can also be made by calling the site in question. If you make a cancellation more than 48 hours before your arrival time, your deposit is put on hold by our Management, this must be redeemed within 12 months of your original arrival date. Failure to redeem your deposit in this time frame, will result in this amount being forfeited.

Less Than 48 Hours

Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival date will result in the forfeit of your deposit and is non-refundable.  

Cancelling Because of Serious Illness, Redundancy or Death

If we refund you in line with the terms above, we’ll return your money in the same way you made your original payment – back to the same payment card, for example.

If you’ve used coupons or vouchers to pay for your holiday, we may be able to transfer them to another park with us. Unfortunately, we can’t refund coupons or vouchers. Depending on circumstances, an administrative fee may apply.

Yes please call or email the park you’re intending to stay at. 

We know that people’s needs change – and we want to give you the best experience we can. So if you decide to change your booking, we’ll try our best to meet your needs. Unfortunately, what you want may cost more or may not be available. 

Please bear in mind that changing your park or your dates within 48 hours before your due arrival may count as a cancellation. We will always try to accommodate changes to your park or dates. But if this isn’t possible and you don’t want to keep to your original booking, this will count as a cancellation.

Check-in is from 1pm. If you can’t get to us before 5pm (6pm on Fridays), we ask that you inform us as the reception may be closed, the latest you can check onto your pitch is 8pm. We do have a late arrivals pitch at most of our sites (*excluding Llanberis) with electric hook up for anyone who arrives after this time to prevent disturbing other guests. 

When you arrive on site you will need to come into reception and check-in. We accept both card and cash payments. Please bring your Caravan Club Card to receive the Caravan Club Discount.

Yes, the pitch allows for one vehicle. Additional vehicles are chargeable at £1.75 per night and will usually have to be kept in the car park. We regret that sign written vehicles are not allowed on our parks.

Yes, but like most parks we do charge a small fee of £1.50 and your awning and guy ropes have to be within your own pitch, not straddling your neighbour’s space.

We have WiFi across all our parks, please ask at reception and they will issue you with a log in at a small charge. You can purchase different periods of internet, from 48 hours to 7 days. Once purchased, these can be used across all of our parks.

Friends and family can visit you for the day. We do ask that you pay a small charge of £1.75 per car. Please note: children are not permitted in the adults only area.

Yes, as long as they are raised off the ground on a stand or brick and all safety rules are observed. Open or camp fires are not allowed at any of our parks.

Yes, in our information rooms, there are lots of leaflets and guides on things to see and do and our staffs are always happy to help.

We ask that you leave the site before 12pm on the day of your departure.

Standard check out time is before 12pm.

You can request to extend this untill 1pm however this is down to the discretion of the Park Manager prior to 11am.

Check out time can be extended untill 5pm with permission from the Manager and a £5.00 fee. This is dependant on the occupancy of the pitch on the day of your departure. If you would like to check out late, please ask our Park Managers the day before your departure date.

If you have a complaint, we do recommend that you pass this on to our Park Managers as soon as you can. They will be happy to deal with it immediately so you can enjoy the rest of your stay. If you would like to make a complaint after your departure, please email

We only currently hire out one of our static caravans which is based at our Bow House Country Park in Bishop’s Castle. To view more information, please call 01588 638 179.

I'm afraid we don't store any caravans or motorhomes at any of our parks.

We have a fishing facilities next to our Oxon Hall Touring Park. The park sits next to Oxon Pool, which offers fishing for visitors to the park. A day tickets costs £7 and is available from the park reception.

You will not find a clubhouse on the parks, as our customers value the peacefulness

Holiday Homes

To secure a Holiday Home we will normally ask for a 10% deposit on the day you decide. Once we receive this deposit we immediately take the Holiday Home off the market. We will work with you on a suitable timescale for completion of your purchase.

Finance is available subject to status and criteria from a recommended third party lender.

No, our Holiday Homes are restricted to Holiday Home use only and are not for permanent residence. All of our owners must have a residential address, either in the UK or overseas.

Yes. It’s your holiday home and you can invite close family and friends to visit and stay with you as long as the park are informed prior to arrival. However, commercial subletting is not permitted.

Well behaved dogs and other pets are welcome. We do limit the number of pets to two per Holiday Home and of course dog owners are required to clean up after their pets.

Full details of the annual site fees and other running costs can be explained by the Park Managers. You must insure your Holiday Home and pay for the gas and metered electricity you use.

The council tax is included in your yearly site fee.

We have WiFi across most of our parks (excluding Bow House Country Park), please ask at reception and they will issue you with an annual log in. You can purchase different periods of internet, from 48 hours to 7 days to 1 year. Once purchased, these can be used across all of our parks.
