We offer seasonal pitches at two of our parks – Stanmore Hall Touring Park (Bridgnorth) and Oxon Hall Touring Park (Shrewsbury). We offer summer and winter seasonal touring on specific pitches.

Yes. Our parks are ideal for dogs and some guests bring other small pets too. Only two dogs per pitch are allowed.

I'm afraid we don't store any caravans or motorhomes at any of our parks.

All of our Static Caravans/ Holiday Homes are for purchase only. We don’t provide any Static Caravans/ Holiday Homes for hire at any of our Parks.


Booking

We have different types of pitches available depending on the park. You can find a list of these under the 'facilities' page of each Park.

Grass Pitches

All with 240v 16 amp, electric hook-up.

Grass pitches tend to be pulled out of service from October until April each year based on weather conditions.

Some of our grass pitches can be used for tents.

All with 240v 16 amp, electric hook-up on a gravel

Super Pitches

All with 240v 16 amp, electric hook-up + water and grey waste disposal. All on Hardstanding Pitches.

There is an additional charge for this pitch type.

Supersize 30’ x 40’ Pitches Suitable For RV’s

All with 240v 16 amp, electric hook-up + water and grey waste disposal.

Basically larger Super Pitches. Concrete hard-standing base with 25% more space than a basic pitch for larger RV’s

Available at:

  • Awnings (Sun canopies are free; gazebos are not permitted).
  • Pup Tents (Max 2m x 1.5m. Due to fire regulations, no sleeping in pup tents is allowed).
  • Dogs (Max 2 per pitch).
  • Extra Car (1 free with a motorhome. Only 1 car per pitch. Commercial and sign written vehicles may be asked to park in the car park).
  • Trailer (may be asked to park in the car park).
  • Extra Adults/ Children (Guests not staying for the full duration of the booking- cannot be booked online).

If you would like to book a specific pitch, we just ask that you book far in advance, mention it to our Park Managers on booking or add this into the ' Special requests' box when booking online. We can't guarantee it but we will try our best to accommodate you!

If the dates appear fully booked on our online booking system, please call our park as they may still be able to book you in. If we are full, you can be added on to a cancellation list, however, we advise not to fully depend on a cancellation being made.

We like to think our parks are family-friendly and somewhere where our guests can 'get away from it all' and enjoy some peace and quiet. For these reasons, there may be restrictions on bookings from all male or all female parties of over 4 people (e.g hen parties & stag dos).

If you would like to book adjacent pitches, we just ask that you book far in advance, mention it to our Park Managers on booking or add this into the ' Special requests' box when booking online. We can't guarantee it but we will try our best to accommodate you!

We can accommodate groups of up to 4 pitches. One guest can make the reservation but we do ask that each guest provides us with their individual contact details on arrival.

Each pitch has a maximum occupancy of six people per pitch for health and safety reasons.

We do ask for a deposit of £10 per night when booking. Deposits are non-refundable.

When booking in advance, there is a minimum night stay of 2 nights; this sometimes differs during bank holiday weekends and big local events.

At Riverside Touring Park (Betws-y-Coed), there may be a minimum of 7-night bookings during July and August.

For July bookings - this reduces to a 4-night minimum after 25th May

For August bookings - this reduces to a 4-night minimum after 25th June

Please call the park if you would like to arrange a shorter booking.

If you have made your booking online, you will shortly receive a booking notification by email. All bookings have to be confirmed by our Park Managers. You will then receive a booking confirmation email. If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact the park directly.

Your reference number can be found on your booking confirmation.


Discounts/ Offers

A discount is available for all Caravan & Motorhome Club/ Camping & Caravanning Club members with the production of a valid membership card.

Just enter your membership number when booking online or quote this when booking over the phone. 

Please note: Any Major Club* membership discount will only be applied with the production of a valid membership card on check-in. Not providing this will alter your remaining balance.

We do offer a loyalty card scheme. On your visit to a Morris Leisure Park, you will receive a loyalty card, for every 12 nights you spend across all our parks, you will be rewarded with one free night.

Please present this card at reception on each visit for updating or when you wish to claim your free night. Unfortunately, we cannot provide stamps for nights acquired from previous bookings.

To obtain a free night, a completed card must be present, you may also acquire a free night by booking 12 or more consecutive nights. Nights cannot be redeemed during Bank Holidays. 

Loyalty cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion including our 3 FOR 2 OFFER. 

We do run offers throughout the year. These will be posted on the homepage of our website (www.morris-leisure.co.uk). The voucher/discount codes must be presented at the time of booking or checking-in to qualify and are only valid before the offer ends. Please note, promotion codes can only be used once per transaction/ stay and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer including our loyalty scheme.

Simply enter the code when booking online or quote this to our Park Managers when booking or checking in.

Yes, just note the discount code and provide this on check-in.

Amending/ cancelling your booking

Yes please call or email the park you’re intending to stay at. 

We know that people’s needs change – and we want to give you the best experience we can. So if you decide to change your booking, we’ll try our best to meet your needs. Unfortunately, what you want may cost more or may not be available. 

Please bear in mind that changing your park or your dates within 48 hours before your due arrival may count as a cancellation. We will always try to accommodate changes to your park or dates. But if this isn’t possible and you don’t want to keep to your original booking, this will count as a cancellation.

You can add extra guests to your booking as long as it does not exceed the maximum capacity of six persons per pitch.

To update your contact details on your booking, please email the park direct with full details.

If any amendments are made to your booking, you should receive another booking confirmation.


Check-in

Check-in is from 1pm. If you can’t get to us before 5pm (6pm on Fridays), we ask that you inform us as the reception may be closed, the latest you can check onto your pitch is 8pm. We do have a late arrivals pitch at most of our sites (*excluding Llanberis) with electric hook up for anyone who arrives after this time to prevent disturbing other guests. 

When you arrive on-site you will need to come into reception and check-in. We accept both card and cash payments. Please bring your Caravan & Motorhome Club/Camping & Caravanning Club/ Best of British Membership Card to receive a Discount. You don't need to print your booking confirmation, so don't worry about bringing this with you.


On-site

You can bring two cars. However, please note that you will not be able to park both cars on your pitch, any additional cars will be asked to park in our main car park for an additional £2 per night.

Commercial or working vehicles including large vans are not allowed on park and may be asked to park in our visitor car park. If you would like to check if your vehicle is classed as commercial, please contact the park directly.

Yes, the pitch allows for one vehicle. Additional vehicles are chargeable at £2 per night and will usually have to be kept in our visitor car park. We regret that sign written/ commercial vehicles are not allowed on park and may be asked to park in our visitor car park.

Yes, but like most parks we do charge a small fee of £1.50 and your awning and guy ropes have to be within your own pitch, not straddling your neighbour’s space.

Friends and family can visit you for the day. All visitors must report to reception to sign-in for health and safety reasons and we do ask that you pay a small charge of £2 per car. Please note: children are not permitted in the adults-only area.

Yes, as long as they are raised off the ground on a stand or brick and all safety rules are observed. Open or camp fires are not allowed at any of our parks.

We cannot guarantee good phone signal at our parks due to the rural locations. Signal strength may also vary depending on network provider.


Facilities

Yes, in our information rooms, there are lots of leaflets and guides on things to see and do and our staffs are always happy to help.

We have WiFi across all our parks,  You can purchase different periods of internet, from 48 hours to 7 days by clicking on to your browser and signing in to 'Camping Connect'. Once purchased, these can be used across all of our parks.

No, the pitch fee covers use of all pitch services.

You will not find a clubhouse on the parks, as our customers value the peacefulness.

All of our shower and toilet blocks are heated.

All of our shower and toilet blocks are open 24 hours.

All of our holiday parks have laundrettes, allowing you to pack lighter for longer stays.

Irons are available within the laundrette.

Unfortunately, we do not have any secure bike storage areas on any of our parks.


Check-out

We ask that you leave the site before 12pm on the day of your departure.

Standard check-out time is before 12pm.

You can request to extend this until 1pm, this is down to the discretion of the Park Manager prior to 11am.

Check out time can be extended until 5pm with permission from the Manager and a £5.00 fee. This is dependant on the occupancy of the pitch on the day of your departure. If you would like to check out late, please ask our Park Managers on the morning of your departure date, prior to 11am.

You can make another booking when you are on the park, just ask at reception and they'll make the booking for you.


Feedback 

If you have a complaint, we do recommend that you pass this on to our Park Managers as soon as you can. They will be happy to deal with it immediately so you can enjoy the rest of your stay. If you would like to make a complaint after your departure, please email [email protected].


Holiday Homes

To secure a Holiday Home we will normally ask for a 10% deposit on the day you decide. Once we receive this deposit we immediately take the Holiday Home off the market. We will work with you on a suitable timescale for completion of your purchase.

Finance is available subject to status and criteria from a recommended third party lender.

No, our Holiday Homes are restricted to Holiday Home use only and are not for permanent residence. All of our owners must have a residential address, either in the UK or overseas.

The Holiday will be yours to enjoy throughout the year whenever the park is open - for both short breaks and longer stays. There's no need to book ahead, and all your home comforts will be ready and waiting.
