We understand that pets are a big part of your family, and of course, the great outdoors are perfect for your furry friends so we welcome cats and dogs onto our site. We also understand that some customers are not as keen as others, that’s why we do ask that you keep your dog on a lead around the Park and for any mess to be cleaned up. A maximum of two dogs is welcomed per pitch.

Full details of the annual site fees and other running costs can be explained by the Park Managers.

  • Delivery & Connection (may apply)

Do I need a TV Licence?

As an owner of a static holiday caravan situated on a UK park it is not mandatory as long as you have a valid TV licence at your main residence. However, this is on the understanding that the TV in your main residence will not be in use at the same time as the TV in your static caravan.

The council tax is included in your yearly site fee.

All Holiday Homes are owner-occupied. Owners come and go as they please, and their friends and family are also welcome to stay. No Owners are permitted to sublet their Holiday Home, as our number one priority is to make owners feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed. It gives you the peace of mind of knowing that the caravan is being looked after and saves on potential cleaning and maintenance costs. We also want you to have complete freedom as to when you want to use it and to create an atmosphere of mutual consideration.
