Stanmore Hall Seasonal Pitches

In addition to normal park rules:

GAS BOTTLES

For safety reasons, only gas bottles that fit in the caravan gas locker are permitted.

ELECTRIC HOOK-UP

When the outfit is not occupied, the electric hook-up must be disconnected and the electric cable stored; this is for insurance purposes, otherwise, we will have no alternative but to unplug it.

AWNINGS AND OTHER TEMPORARY STRUCTURES

Members must take responsible care not to cause damage to grass by use of awnings or other external items of a member’s outfit.

MOVEMENT OF OUTFITS

On reasonable notice from the site staff, members may be required to occasionally move their outfit due to maintenance and/or development requirements. This may include work by utility companies, to enable the ground under the outfit to be ‘aired’, the grass to grow, grass cutting and tree maintenance.

WATER BUTTS

Water butts must be on the pitch and not on the grass.

TV CABLES AND WATER HOSES

TV Cables and Water Hoses must be stored when the outfit is not occupied.

FOR PITCH MAINTENANCE

Please leave at least a 6” gap around the pitch to enable grass cutting.
