Caravan park advises to book early for Ludlow Spring Festival
With Ludlow Spring Festival fast approaching – May 9-11 – caravanners and motorhome owners are being advised to book quickly if they wish to reserve a pitch at Ludlow Touring Park.
The park, which fills up quickly for all the main festivals in the picturesque town, is preparing for a busy spring and summer. Some people book up a year in advance such is the demand for pitches on the park during the food festivals.
Ludlow Spring Festivalhas great beer, fantastic music, delicious food, vintage vehicles, free talks and demonstrations for young and old alike. The event kicks off on Friday, May 9 when visitors get a chance to ‘Meet the Brewer’ from 5pm to 9pm.
Around 50 brewers that supply 190 plus barrels of real ale at the festival will be available to answer questions and give out a few samples throughout the weekend behind the bar.
This year the beer tent will be 50 per cent bigger with a dedicated area for games and also more room for the beer, drinkers and the music. The number of beer entries has increased to 190 and the marquee has been moved to give more room for 200 classic and vintage cars attending the Marches Transport Festival, which is part of the event.
