Tiling in the toilet block, the new transformer for the electricity being installed and progress on the outside of the buildings.

These show the under floor heating in the reception going in, the progress with the roofing etc and a service point under construction.

The roadside hedge being removed to form the new entrance. Approximately 200 meters of hedge has had to be removed to create the new entrance and visibility splay. A new fence and hedge will be planted as soon as possible. Note the ecologist looking for any creatures that may be still in the hedge before the digger arrives!

Pictures taken on 12th October showing the crushing of the old site roads and buildings for re-use on site and progress with the cladding of the toilet block and also pitch construction.

Taken on 19th October showing progress with the cladding of the toilet block, the start of construction of the machinery shed and brick work of the reception block. The Cladding will now be over clad with timber to make it look like an old barn.

These photographs were all taken on the 28th and show the main approach road being surfaced. The roof of the toilet block being clad and the floor prepared and also the remains of the 3 army mess buildings now that they have been demolished after the rehomeing of the Bats.

These pictures show the new reception and toilet block steel work being erected on 6.9.2011.

Here is the site on the 24^th August. The base tarmac is going down on the site roads and the construction of the drainage system is underway.

The site roads are being dug and stoned up and the reception and toilet block footings are being concreted.
